I am one more hugely Disappointed Customer or victim of the fraud Timtara.I placed an order in December and paid by credit card. But still the product is not delivered at all. I called Several times to check the status of the order after waiting for 3 weeks. But nobody seemed to know anything and hung up on me everytime and used to transfer the call to anyone senior to them. I Placed multiple requests to refund my amount online but not got any reply. I was given an email of someone called Payal(payal@timtara.com) who dint even care to reply after 4 emails.
ReplyDeleteNow Rs. 10000 is stuck with them and it is unfortunately too big an amount for a middle class person like me.
I have filed a complaint at consumer court site also in hope to get my money back with their help. Now waiting for their response.
